Interior Architecture
Hi, I’m Annika, and welcome to my portfolio! I am a recent alumni of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (go Vols!), and I couldn’t be more excited to jump into my professional design career.
After four years of studio projects, model making, furniture design, code analyses, and review presentations, I graduated in the spring of 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture. Studio culture at UTK has encouraged me to explore so many different avenues of design, and I’ve built up a toolbox of skills that I am now ready to further improve upon more in the working world.
Looking back through my time in academia, I see how my professors not only taught me the practical skills of design, but have given me a love of how even the smallest details can shape our behavior, habits, and perceptions. This major has pushed me to explore empathy through a deeply creative lens, and to understand the humanity behind what makes good design.
